We value your time and strive to provide the best experience for every client. To help us accommodate all appointments fairly, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy. Appointment Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 40% of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 60% of the scheduled service cost. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying other clients. Depending on scheduling, the full service price may still apply. Deposits: Services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward your service total. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or you do not attend your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. Emergencies We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
